ACTIVITIES

Rock Climbing

Rock climbing is a popular sport in the Tirthan Valley. The rock climbing season starts in May and ends in October, making it ideal for beginners and experienced climbers.

Rock climbing can be done any time of the year, but most people prefer to go during monsoons when there’s no heavy rain or snowfall. There are several cliffs near Serlosar Lake and other hilly areas in the valley where you can climb up to enjoy some adrenaline rush while exploring some natural beauty!

Trekking and Camping at Great Himalayan National Park

Great Himalayan National Park is a protected area in Himachal Pradesh, India. This is one of the best places to visit if you are interested in trekking or camping in Himachal Pradesh because it offers beautiful scenery and plenty of things for everyone who loves nature! The park lies on the southern outskirts of Dharamshala and is about 30 km from Nahan.

The best time to visit Great Himalayan National Park depends on what activities you would like to do there. If your goal is just seeing some great views, then March-April would be ideal since winter temperatures are lower than those during other times of year (in particular, January).

However, suppose you want an outdoor adventure that includes camping out under open skies. In that case, June-July might be better since summer rains will keep things interesting while still allowing access into some secluded areas where few people may go otherwise – such as around Kheerganga Valley, which lies between two peaks known collectively as Salt Lake Ridge Mountain Range.”

Fishing in the Tirthan River

The Tirthan River is one of the most beautiful rivers in India. It flows through Depalpur, Himachal Pradesh, and passes through many villages along its way. You can fish here for trout, rohu, and catfish.

You need to have a valid fishing license if you want to catch anything from this river. You will also need to pay a fee for using this place as it belongs to government property which means they charge money from people who want access or even just view it from a far away distance!

Exploring the Serlosar Lake

Serlosar Lake is a beautiful lake in the Great Himalayan National Park. It is a popular destination for tourists who flock to this small lake during summer. The lake offers a great place to go for a picnic, fishing, or boating.

You can also explore the other attractions around the lake, such as Serlosar Peak, which can be climbed easily by foot or reached via the Mini-Wanderlust the Tirthanto  Valley Trekking Center near Serlosar Lake itself, which provides an excellent view of the mountain ranges surrounding it.
